Pictures of Our Thanksgiving Trip

What looked like a dust cloud just stretched across the sky.










There was no doubt when we crossed the state line... there was a distinct difference in the pavement where New Mexico stopped and Texas began.








We saw a few of the wind turbines in New Mexico but were amazed when it was mesa after mesa that were covered by these turbines.



Here we crossed the Pecos River and said goodbye to it after following along near it most of the trip down thru New Mexico.






We were continually looking forward to topping the next hill as we never knew what to expect. Found the view here interesting with the different contrasts of the setting sun. And just had to show a pic of the sunset... I'm sure Texas has more spectacular ones but this was pretty nevertheless.
